Delivery and Return
Once we verify your order via email, it will be process and dispatched to you on the same day (excluding Christmas and public holidays) as the confirmation email and an email will be sent to confirm the shipment of your order.

Most orders are received within the first 3 days in the UK. If you have not received your orders after 15 working days, please contact Flourishing Crown and we will make every effort to locate your order; if this is not possible, we will either fully refund you or send you a replacement order at no extra cost.
We use the services of Royal Mail to delivery your goods and that includes their special delivery service.
All delivery requires a signature, please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the orders especially larger items as they may not fit in the letter box.
Returns, Refund and Exchange
Thank you for shopping at Flourishing Crown.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you have within 28 days from the delivery date to return it. This is in keeping with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Please note that for health and safety reasons we can only accept return items that are unused.
A new product may be exchanged for another product (subject to availability) or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was delivered in the last 28 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing with the receipt or proof of purchase and with the return form to: Flourishing Crown, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, to Flourishing Crown.
Once we receive and inspect the orders, an email confirmation with either an approval or a denial will be sent and then a replacement or a full refund (including the standard delivery cost) will be rewarded to you. We cannot refund the special delivery cost. If you requested the full refund, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reach your payment account.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
We can exchange (subject to availability) or refund a defected or damaged good, please email us with a photographic evidence at: email@example.com
Sale items can be refunded.
