Behind the Scene of the Photoshoot

This is behind the scene video of the recent photoshoot we did for our new products. It took place in a magnificent park in London. This is the very first photoshoot where the weather was just perfect, the flowers were blooming and not closed off with plenty of choices; the only downside was, of course, Covid-19 and wearing PPE. Also, if the waterfalls were on, it would have been an icing on the cake; guess COVID-19 might have played a part in this decision. Hopefully next year, it will be just right without any obstacles and everything working- but who are we kidding, this is business and we are a British company with our weather always keeping us on our toes (since all our French accessories are shot outside in parks).

A brief history of our previous photoshoots

Our very first photoshoot took place in October 2018 in the late Autumn (for our American cousins- late Fall) where we took pictures of the first 5 French accessories to launch the company. Many say a picture tells a thousand words, but these can be lies, as it took place on a very cold and wet Sunday (fun times). However, the pictures looked like the model was in a beautiful hot tropical climate. If only- maybe one day we can have a location photoshoot.

The second shoot took place in September 2019; the weather wasn’t too bad (for British early Autumn). However, it was very hard to locate beautiful beds of flowers (our feet didn’t like us wandering around looking for pretty flowers for our backdrop) and the only available flowers were closed off to the public. Clever (and sometimes uncomfortable) angles and the waterfalls made up for it.

A huge thank you to all the hairstylists (The Manevibe and Dakins) and models over the years for giving up their time, hard work and dedication to supporting us on this journey. We will forever be grateful. Thank You.

  1. I’m impressed, I have to admit. Seldom do I come across a blog that’s equally
educative and engaging, and without a doubt, you’ve hit
the nail on the head. The problem is something that too few people are speaking
intelligently about. I’m very happy I stumbled across this
during my search for something regarding this.

  2. Please let me know if you’re looking for a author for your blog.
You have some really good posts and I feel I would be a good asset.
If you ever want to take some of the load off, I’d really like to write some articles for your blog
in exchange for a link back to mine. Please send me an email if
    interested. Cheers!

  3. Hello! I’m at work surfing around your blog from my new
iphone! Just wanted to say I love reading your blog and look forward to all your
posts! Keep up the superb work!

  4. I truly love your website.. Great colors & theme. Did
you develop this website yourself? Please reply back as I’m attempting to
create my own site and would like to know where you got this from or what the theme is called.
    Appreciate it!

    • Thank you Elizbeth for your message. We have a Graphic Designer we used, but we had a say in every aspect of our website and how we want the site to look like.
